Should the product become non-functional due to such defects within the 1-year warranty period, the Company commits to replacing the product at no additional cost to the Customer, provided the issue is not attributed to acts of customer misuse or negligence.

Coverage for Print Heads: In addition to the standard warranty, this 1-Year Complete Warranty includes coverage for up to 3 print heads. This ensures that if the print heads experience defects or issues during the warranty period, they will be replaced or repaired at no extra cost to the Customer.

Timely Resolution: Warranty claims are prioritized for prompt and efficient resolution, typically within 1-2 business days from the date of submission. This commitment is designed to minimize any downtime and provide a swift resolution to any covered issues.

Exclusions: It is important to note that the use of non-CanisDTF brand consumables will void the warranty. Additionally, issues arising from customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this warranty.

Commencement Date: The 1-Year Complete Warranty period commences on the date of purchase.

Transferability: The extended warranty is transferable, permitting the warranty coverage to be transferred to a new owner should the printer change ownership during the 1-year warranty period.
