This warranty is expressly designed to address defects in materials and workmanship. If a product becomes non-functional due to such defects during the 6-month warranty period, the Company pledges to replace the product at no additional cost to the Customer, under the condition that the issue is not a result of acts of customer misuse or negligence.

Coverage for Print Heads: This 6-month warranty includes coverage for up to 2 print heads. This ensures that if the print heads encounter any defects or issues during the warranty period, they will be replaced or repaired at no extra cost to the Customer.

Timely Resolution: Warranty claims will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe of 1-2 business days from the date of submission. This commitment is intended to minimize downtime and provide efficient resolution of any covered issues.

Exclusions: The use of non-CanisDTF brand consumables will void the warranty. Furthermore, issues arising from customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this warranty.

Commencement Date: The 6-month warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Transferability: The extended warranty is transferable, allowing the warranty coverage to be passed on to a new owner should the printer change ownership during the 6-month warranty period.
